PSV Licence (Public Service Vehicle)
The PSV licence is a special licence required by drivers in Malaysia to operate vehicles used for
e-hailing services.
This licence is issued by the Road Transport Department (JPJ) and is mandatory for drivers who transport passengers for a fee.

Malaysian Citizen
Possess a Competent
Driving Licence (CDL)
Age 21 Years & above
Pass a Health Screening
No Police Summonses / Not Blacklisted by JPJ
Able to Read and Write
